In most cases if your watch stops working it can be a simple case of needing a new battery. This service is available while you wait, even if it needs too be resealed. However, should it be a case that it isn’t the battery at fault, or it is not a quarts operated movement, that is when we pass it on to our extremely talented horologists. We are extremely privileged to have not one, but two horologists who can examine and repair your watch should it stop working.
