  • Refunds will only be offered on faulty Items. Original proof of purchase will be required. Full refunds will only be offered if the item is found to have a manufacturing fault. This does not include wear and tear and damage caused by the customer following negligence or misuse. Refunds can take up to 7working days but can vary depending on your bank.
  • An exchange or credit note will be offered on all purchases made within 30days of receipt provided, should the customer change their mind. Again original receipt will be needed. All items will be checked for wear and tear, and damages before approval.
  • For deposits on reserved goods; No items can be taken off the premises unless all payments are finalised.
  • Please ensure all change is checked before leaving the premises. All sales are final on departure of the premises with goods obtained.


  • No refunds offered on repairs once completed.
  • All approved quotes are final and payments will be mandatory after the fact.
  • We hold no liability for uncollected repairs left over 3months from contact of completion. We ask that we be informed of any late collections as soon as possible to avoid any upset.
  • No repairs can be collected without receipt and all payments received. We have the right to refuse you should you not have suitable evidence to prove ownership.
  • All repairs have a 1 year guarantee for the work carried out. Please retain your original receipt for this period in the event of a problem occurring. However, checks will be undertaken to confirm nature of fault. Guarantees will be voided if damage is caused by misuse or negligence.
  • Any deposits on orders, remakes or repairs paid using scrap articles will be under the same legal binding agreement as a cash/card payment and will not be refunded should the customer change their mind after the go ahead on work has been given. Should the customer wish to have the scrapped items returned, a full cash/card payment will be needed to cover the original deposit value.
  • All deposits are final and non-refundable. The only exception is exchange of payment type as stated on previous bullet point.

Special Orders/Services

  • A minimum of 10% deposit is required on all orders placed.
  • For deposits on special orders; No items can be taken of the premises unless all payments are finalised. Should the customer change their mind any deposits paid will be non-refundable to cover any costs already incurred.
  • All quotes will be confirmed in writing from both parties before any work is proceeded.
  • Please ensure any text given is checked before proceeding with the engraving service. Any spelling errors will be charged for re-engraving.
  • We will happily post any articles requested by customers to any UK address provided, however, once it has left the premises liability will fall on the carrier. We will provide the customer with proof of postage and tracking number where applicable.
