At Hatton Jewellery we are fortunate to have an onsite workshop, meaning a high percentage of the repairs we book in are done in house, with the exception of some that may need specialist attention.
We have an extremely creative team of jewellers and stone setters, with 75+ years of experience combined, who endeavour to repair and restore sentimental articles as well as create new items from old jewellery.
When coming in store to get an item repaired, our skilled sales executives will evaluate the item and review it for any other work necessary, providing a free, no obligation quote. Then before any work is done to the item, the goldsmiths will evaluate all the settings, stones and structure of the items to confirm what is in need of repair and any damages to stones or settings if applicable.
If you aren’t local or would like to check before heading in store, you have the option to contact us via email or WhatsApp, sending us over an image of the repair in question we can give you a guided answer and an estimated quote. Providing there isn’t any additional work
needed once reviewing the item under magnification.
